Rooted in the original Milan trattoria opened by Beatrice “Bice” Ruggeri in Milan in 1926, the reopening marks a continuation of the brand’s remarkable century-long legacy. To usher in this new era, the restaurant has undergone a comprehensive renovation - updating its design, flow and guest experience while preserving the essence that has defined BiCE for decades.
